Male intimate piercings are among the oldest forms of body adornment and enjoy greater popularity today than ever before. At XS Piercing Basel, we have more than 20 years of experience performing all types of male intimate piercings — from the classic Prince Albert to demanding piercings such as the Ampallang or Apadravya.
Every intimate piercing at our studio is performed as standard with local anaesthesia, making the procedure virtually painless. This service is included in the price and sets us apart from many other studios. We know that trust in the piercer is especially important for intimate piercings — that is why we take ample time for consultation and education.
All procedures are carried out in a fully private room under the highest hygiene standards. As initial jewellery, we exclusively use Implant-Grade Titanium (ASTM F136) — the same biocompatible material used in medicine for implants. The initial jewellery is included in the price.

Prince Albert Piercing
Most Popular Male Intimate PiercingThe most well-known and popular male genital piercing. Passes through the urethra and exits at the underside of the glans. Fast healing and high wearing comfort. Now available directly in 3mm, 4mm or 5mm.

Reverse Prince Albert
The reversed variant of the PA: the jewellery exits at the top (dorsal) side of the glans. More demanding than the standard PA, with a longer healing time. Forms the upper exit point of an Apadravya.

Apadravya
AdvancedVertical piercing through the entire glans — from top to bottom. One of the most demanding genital piercings. Can be seen as a combination of PA and Reverse PA.

Ampallang
Advanced — RareHorizontal piercing through the glans. One of the rarest and most demanding piercings of all. Requires considerable commitment and patience during healing.

Dydoe
Small barbells on the glans rim (corona). Usually placed in pairs or as multiple piercings. Multiple Dydoes form the impressive "King's Crown".

Frenum
Horizontal barbell through the frenulum on the underside of the shaft. Easy healing and popular as a single piercing or as a "Frenum Ladder" (Jacob's Ladder) with multiple barbells.

Two different piercings: The Hafada is a surface piercing on the scrotum, the Guiche runs horizontally through the perineum. Both offer diverse design possibilities.
